Step 1:- Application form

  • Log on https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/pan/form49A.html
  • Fill online application form
  • Save the 15 digit acknowledgement no
  • Save and take print of acknowledgement number

Step 2 :- Payment Mode

  • The PAN application form processing Fees will be paid through Cheque/ DD or Credit card
  • Demand Draft & cheque should be deposited in form of NSDL- PAN, at Mumbai.
  • The candidates who pay through credit card will taken to bank gateway where they have to choose bank and enter 16 digit credit card no.
  • After successful payment the acknowledgement will displayed. Save the application and send the print of acknowledgement to NSDL.

Step 3:- Checklist and Dispatch:-

  • Documents will be submitted as ID proof can be either driving license & voter ID card or Address proof will be either passport, Bill of telephone or rent receipt, electricity bill or driving license.
  • Affix a recent colour photo (3.5 * 2.5 cm size) in the given space in acknowledgement.
  • Super scribed the envelope with “ Application for PAN- Acknowledgment number ” The envelope with the documents will be sent to the address given below:
