Eligibility Criteria For Admission In BEd
Aspirants should have Bachelor’s degree in B.A. / B.Sc / B.Mus Degree with years Honours / Major subject. The Unreserved applicants should have at least 50% marks, OBC contender should have 45% marks, and SC/ST candidates should have only passing marks in Honours / Major subject from any afflicted University / Institution.
The student must have any of the following subjects as combination at a time of Bachelor’s degree level, one of which should be / Major Subject/ Honours: English, Hindi, Bengali, Sanskrit, Geography, Economics, History (Ancient/Modern), Philosophy, Music (Rabindra Sangeet), Mathematics, Physical Science (Physics/Chemistry), Statics, Education, and Life Science (Botany/Zoology).
In Service Aspirants must have at least 3 years full time experience at afflicted regular teacher in any secondary school approved by the Central or respective State Government.
Age Limit: The maximum age limit is 35 years in case of pre-service aspirants and 45 years in case of in-service aspirants. The age of OBC, SC & ST candidates will be as per government of India rule of and Visva-Bharati rule.
